Psychotherapist, PhD, LMFT serving individuals, couples, and families

There are many ways one can come to the conclusion that they need support managing their current life situation. Once this realization is made, it is essential to find an understanding and equipped therapist. My approach is centered around creating a comfortable environment where we can explore and understand the circumstances bringing resistance into your life. My services are supported by a diverse set of practical and academic experiences. I have been in practice for over 20 years and have an undergraduate degree from Boston College, a masters degree from Harvard, and a Ph.D. from the University of Rochester.

If you contact me, we can talk by phone or set a brief meeting to figure out if therapy can help you.

Teletherapy has worked well for many of my clients as they can be in the comfort of their own environment while talking via phone, zoom or facetime. It has shown to be convenient and effective in the therapeutic process. Starting in 2022 I will be using teletherapy a few days a week and offer in person sessions at my office on select days.
